Dance Recital
The dance recital program begins in September, includes a Winter Showcase in December and concludes in May with the annual spring recital. The first half of the program focuses on skill development, technique and a simple routine for the Winter Showcase. Dancers will begin recital choreography in January. Recital costumes are included in the fee. Please register at least two weeks prior to the class start date. Monthly payment plan is an option. Required Attire
All Classes – hair pulled back, out of face
Ballet – leotard and tights or fitted athletic wear; “ballet pink” ballet shoes
Tap – fitted athletic wear; black tap shoes with tights or socks
Hip Hop – comfortable athletic wear; clean white or black gym shoes
Jazz – dance attire or fitted athletic wear; tan jazz shoes with tights or socks
Lyrical – leotard or fitted athletic wear; tan half-sole turning shoe
Contemporary – dance attire or fitted athletic wear; tan half-sole turning shoe or barefoot
Musical Theatre – fitted athletic wear; tan jazz shoes
Poms & Dance Team Skills – comfortable athletic wear; clean white gym shoes
Combo Classes – see above for required attire
Irish Step – movable, comfortable clothing; no jeans or athletic shoes
Showcase classes run June through August and conclude with the annual summer showcase. This is a great preview to the dance recital program because of the shortened session length. Please register at least one week prior to the class start date. To register: click here
