Outdoor pavilion rentals are available beginning April 1 through October 31 on a first come, first-served basis.
Advance reservations are required for picnic pavilion use.
Persons interested in renting a pavilion must complete the Pavilion Rental Application Form.
Credit card payments will be accepted by phone: 630-584-1885. Make checks payable to the St. Charles Park District and mail payment to the Parks Department, St. Charles Park District, 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois 60174.
The use of alcoholic beverages requires a Special Use Permit.
Fires allowed in grills only. Grills are not provided.

Special Event Requests
Event organizers wishing to request the use of park space must complete the Special Event Request Form and submit it to the Parks Department. Each request must be approved by the Park Board. A decision may take up to 30 days depending upon the timing of official meetings. For events with more than 400 attendees, there will be an additional fee of $600 for maintenance purposes.
