Become a Park District Partner or Event Sponsor
Are you looking for new and creative ways to brand your business and get involved with the St. Charles Community?
We have some great ideas for you! The St. Charles Park District offers a variety of event sponsorships reaching audiences of all ages including children, teens, families and seniors. Our events vary in size from smaller scale events, good for really getting to know the participants, to larger more community focused like our outdoor summer concert series! The Park District also offers facility specific events including Hickory Knolls Discovery Center, Primrose Farm, Swanson Pool, Otter Cove Aquatic Park. Riverview Mini Golf and the Paddlewheel Riverboats. We also provide advertising opportunities in and around the park district’s such as indoor and outdoor banners, signage, portable hand sanitizer units and Buzz TV, all year long. We accept in-kind donations of all types including but not limited to, goods and services, gift cards or certificates, raffle prizes and goody bags are utilized for a variety of special events and programming.
Activity Guide Ads – Each season, the Park District produces activity guides that are circulated to 26,500 households with the Park District’s boundaries. Additional guides available at all Park District facilities as well as the library, chamber and city offices. The shelf life of the brochure is approximately 2-3 months because the information within the brochure includes several months’ worth of information. So residents hold it for future reference. This increases the advertising exposure for your business without additional cost. To get your ad in the activity guide, you must commit to a sponsorship package of at least $3,000 for the year.
